While the eggs are cooking, in a dry frying pan over low heat, warm the duck, stirring occasionally, until slightly crisped but still tender, about 10 minutes.
To assemble the salad, add the frisée to a bowl, drizzle with some of the vinaigrette, and toss to coat evenly. Divide the frisée among 4 shallow bowls. Top each salad with an egg and one-fourth of the warmed duck, then drizzle with more vinaigrette and grind on some pepper. Accompany each salad with 3 baguette slices.
